Task

Develop an admin panel for a Telegram bot. Requirements:

- simple design
- implement sending messages to the bot immediately or deferred
- ability to attach files when sending a message
- sending a message to a group and/or users
- history of sent messages
- message sending status
- custom WYSIWYG
- adding new users either through the admin panel or automatically through the bot. Also editing and deleting users
- adding/editing/deleting groups
- automatically sending messages on pre-set triggers. Ability to edit messages through the admin panel
