Scope of Work

Develop an admin panel for a Telegram bot. Requirements:

- Simple and clean design
- Ability to send messages to the bot immediately or schedule them for later
- Ability to attach files when sending messages
- Send messages to groups and/or individual users
- Message sending history
- Message delivery status
- Custom WYSIWYG editor
- Add new users either manually through the admin panel or automatically through the bot. Ability to edit and delete users
- Add, edit, and delete groups
- Automatically send messages based on predefined triggers, with the ability to create and edit these messages through the admin panel
